Where is my order?
Orders ship within 24 hours and reach most Indian pin codes in 3 to 6 days. Your shipping email has the tracking link. If it is past 6 days, message us with the order number.
Can I return or exchange a pack?
Each product page says whether the item is 7-day returnable or non-returnable. If anything arrives damaged, wrong or defective, we replace it or refund you.
For a returnable item, write to us with the order number and we will arrange the pickup. For a damaged, wrong or defective item, add a photo.
A hook or rack fell off. What now?
Tell us the surface, how long it was up and what it was holding. If it was fitted as per the instructions, we replace it free.
